Good wine, fast delivery

Ordered some Malvasia Volcanica. It arrived quickly, took about 4 days to get to me in London. Wine was well-packaged and tasted great. No issues at all.

Enjoyed the Yaiza Malvasia

I decided to try some of their volcanic wine after seeing an ad. I picked up a few bottles of the Yaiza Malvasia and a corkscrew. The website was easy enough to use, no real faffing about. My order showed up in about a week, which wasn't too bad for coming from Lanzarote. Everything was packed well, no broken bottles or anything. The wine itself was quite nice, a good easy-drinking white. I'd probably order again, maybe try a different one next time.

Great value on a case

I was looking for some unique wine and found Wine Shop Lanzarote. I bought a mixed case to try a few different ones. The price per bottle was much better when buying the full case, which was a good saving. Shipping to Ireland was also free. It felt like a really good deal for volcanic wines, definitely worth what I paid to try something new.

Hey, wondering about delivery times to Dublin. Anyone ordered to Ireland recently, how long did it take?

R Rosa Whitfield 1 month ago
Mine took about 5 business days to get to Cork last month. Seemed pretty quick.

Yeah, I think they say 3-7 working days for Ireland, and my last one was right in that window. Tracking was good too.

Do they include customs duties for orders to Ireland, or do I need to worry about extra charges when it arrives?

J June 1 month ago
Customs duties are included for Irish orders. What you pay on the site is what you pay.

B Brett Vargas 1 month ago
Nope, you're good. They handle all that for Ireland, so no surprise fees when it lands.

Is there a first-time buyer discount or anything like that?

I Ivy Romero 1 month ago
Yeah, sometimes they have a first order discount. Check the homepage or sign up for the newsletter, that's usually where they announce it.

I think I got 10% off my first order when I signed up for their emails. Worth a look!

Planning a big order for a party, like a full case. Do they do discounts for buying a whole box of wine?

K Kate 4 weeks ago
Yeah, you usually get a discount for cases of 6 or 12. It's often applied automatically at checkout.

Definitely check the site, sometimes it's 5-15% off for full cases. Worth it if you're stocking up.

What's the return policy like if a bottle arrives broken? Hope it doesn't happen, but just curious.

T Tom 1 month ago
I had one broken bottle once, contacted them and they replaced it super fast. No fuss at all.

They're pretty good with that. Just take a photo and let them know. They'll sort you out with a replacement or refund.

I've got a discount code from a newsletter signup. Can I use it AND get the free shipping deal at the same time?

C Cody Y. 3 weeks ago
I'm pretty sure you can't stack codes. Usually it's one discount per order, but free shipping might be separate if your order hits the minimum.

R Raj 3 weeks ago
They usually apply one discount at checkout. Free shipping for UK/IE is usually automatic above a certain amount though, so that might still kick in.

Thinking of trying some of their wines. How do they compare to, say, Majestic Wine? Are they totally different?

L Lisa E. 3 weeks ago
Totally different vibe. Majestic has a huge range, but these are specialist Lanzarote volcanic wines, very unique. Not really a direct comparison.

J James 3 weeks ago
You won't find these specific volcanic wines at Majestic. It's a niche, unique offering. If you want something genuinely different, go for it.

Is that Bermejo Malvasia Seco the real deal? I've seen some fakes floating around for other brands.

E Elena Patel 1 month ago
Definitely legit. These guys specialize in Lanzarote wines, so they're not messing around with fakes.

They only import directly from the vineyards on the island, so you're getting genuine stuff. No worries there.
